Norcal Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
Federal employees are invited to donate to an approved charity of their choice directly from their workplace through payroll deduction. Established in 1960, the CFC program has become the most successful workplace fundraiser in the world.
About Sunnyvale Community Services
Sunnyvale Community Services (CFC #85805) has been preventing homelessness and hunger for low-income families, seniors, and veterans since 1970. We provide financial aid (rent, utilities, medical bills), weekly and monthly food and fresh produce, budget counseling, referrals, and more.
We are proud to be a part of the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, assisting very low-income veterans and veteran households who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
Veteran services include:
- Outreach and case management
- Temporary financial assistance
- Housing and credit counseling
- Other supportive services and referrals, as needed
We partner with Work First Sunnyvale, a program run by Downtown Streets Team, whose mission is to end homelessness through the dignity of work.
With support from Second Harvest Food Bank and other donors, we distribute over two million pounds of food, including fresh produce each year.
Each year we help approximately 8,000 individuals with $978,000 in financial assistance.
