Special Volunteering Opportunity – Warehouse assistants needed!
We have just opened an exciting new, short-term volunteering opportunity! You can work side-by-side with our lively warehouse staff assisting them in various daily activities.
We would like to request a commitment of four weeks, with the possibility to extend if there is interest. Volunteers can choose their shifts, first-come-first-served. Volunteers should be able to work on their feet for most of the shift, and be able to lift 50 lbs.
Snacks, drinks and music provided!
Available Shifts
All activities will be performed with a staff member. One volunteer per shift.

• Accompany warehouse staff on Grocery Rescue pickups to local grocery stores and sort upon return |

| • Distribution prep - drop in line bags, set up and carts | ||

1st Shift 11 am - 2 pm |
• Cover warehouse for lunch |
| • Move produce, drop in line or base bags to load station as needed | ||
| • Warehouse maintenance | ||

| FRIDAYS | 8 am - 11 am | • Assist staff with receiving: pallet breakdown, count, and storage |
