Planned Gifts and Bequests
Make a difference today and tomorrow
Sunnyvale Community Services (SCS) has been helping families and individuals rebuild their lives after crises that left them without a place to live or enough food to eat. From the beginning, we have worked to create the belief that tomorrow will be better. Your gift will be a stepping stone to a better future, for both the agency and for the clients we serve.
Join our Legacy Society
When you decide to include SCS in your estate planning, you immediately become a member of our Legacy Society. There are many ways to give and we would like to help you choose the method best for you and your family. As a member of the Legacy Society you are recognized for the tremendous impact you have on the future of SCS and you have the opportunity to gain an inside view into how we are meeting the needs of Sunnyvale.
The easiest way to start today is to contact SCS and tell us you wish to make a planned gift or bequest. If you are still making your plans, use our Sample Bequest Language document to help make your decisions and complete your documents.
We look forward to speaking with you.

Please bring your donation to the side (warehouse) door. If it is not open, please ring the bell and someone will come and open the door.
Important: Please note that we do not accept used items, or packaged food donations that are opened or past their expiration date. Thank you!
Sunnyvale Community Services will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. In our twice-annual newsletter, we list names only of donors giving $1,000 or more annually, and we honor all donor requests for donations to be anonymous.
Founded in 1970, Sunnyvale Community Services is an independent, nonprofit emergency assistance agency. Our mission is to prevent homelessness and hunger for low-income families and seniors facing temporary crises. We provide financial aid, food, and other support that prevents larger problems with more expensive solutions.
