Backpacks for Sunnyvale Children in Need

 

What is Backpack Day?

Every August we provide brand-new backpacks, age-appropriate school supplies, and a gift card to children entering kindergarten through 12th grade.

Who can participate in Backpack Day?

Backpack Day is for families with school-aged children who are already enrolled in our food program. Children must have turned at least 5 years old before December 2 of the current year in order to receive a backpack. We are unfortunately not able to assist non-clients.
